Jack Frost, PresidentAfter spending 40 years in the corporate world, serving as both an internal and external consultant who successfully found ways to improve organization and individual performances while saving clients hundreds of thousands of dollars, Jack Frost launched Firm Foundations to economically provide these same savings and improvement methodologies to small to medium-sized companies. He is a workshop facilitator and frequent speaker on strategic planning, leadership development and quality improvement at local and regional industry conferences. Mr. Frost holds a B.A. Degree from Rutgers University and a MBA in Organization Development from Seton Hall University. He is an affiliate of international personal and organizational development firm Resource Associates Corporation, a Quality New Jersey award examiner, a certified Quality Manager and an ISO 9001 quality management system auditor. He is an Adjunct Professor at Somerset Christian College teaching Principles of Leadership, Administrative Leadership, Marketing & Sales, and Entrepreneurship & Small Business.

She served over ten years as a program manager for a local YMCA and was on staff and a featured performer with the International Educational Organization, "Up With People." Eileen's American Indian-Hispanic heritage fuels her passion to help young people embrace themselves and move ahead in life applying goal setting, faith and hard work to become "Rising Stars."
