Eileen Loughnane, a Senior Consultant with Firm Foundations, LLC, facilitates "Self Leadership" processes for youth and adults that turn her students' dreams into reality. Throughout her career, Eileen has drawn on her energy, creativity and passion to positively impact the lives of hundreds of students.

Her background includes the ownership of the e-Arts & Performance Center that fosters the creative and intellectual development of youth. She served over ten years as a program manager for a local YMCA and was on staff and a featured performer with the International Educational Organization, "Up With People."
